Deposit Policy:

One Two Six Salon requires a deposit of $75 upon booking to secure your appointment. Following the completion of your service, this deposit can be applied as a credit toward your total bill on the day. Alternatively, you may opt to pay the full amount at the end of your service and retain the deposit for securing your next appointment.

Cancellation/rescheduling policy:

One Two Six Salon kindly requests a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Our scheduling is meticulously planned to ensure each appointment is conducted with utmost efficiency. Any cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit and will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled services. No-shows or cancellations on the same day as the appointment will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the scheduled services.

Should you cancel an appointment outside of this 48-hour window without rescheduling, the deposit will be retained on your account for future bookings, valid for up to 3 months.

Color Policy:

For new guests, we require an additional color consultation appointment before your service. Please ensure you book the appropriate “new guest” booking slot as this allows us to allocate the right amount of time and services for your visit. A $75 deposit is requested to secure your appointment, which will be applied towards your service cost.

Satisfaction Policy:

At One Two Six Salon, we strive for complete guest satisfaction. Should you find any aspect of your service unsatisfactory, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days. We are committed to promptly scheduling a follow-up appointment to address and adjust any concerns regarding your service.

One Two Six Salon Refund Policy

At One Two Six Salon, we are committed to providing quality services and products to our customers. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we strive to address them in a way that is fair to both our business and our customers. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and trust.

This policy applies to online purchases of products, gift cards, memberships, and packages from One Two Six Salon.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Products: If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will issue a full refund or offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are non-refundable. However, they do not expire and can be redeemed at any time for services or products..

How to Request a Refund

  • Product Refund: Contact us at info@onetwosixsalon.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Include your order number and details of the issue. We will provide you with return instructions. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless defective).

  • Services rendered (appointments and treatments).

  • Sale or promotional items.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of products unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Changes to This Policy

One Two Six Salon reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the customer's responsibility to review these changes before making any purchases.

Compliance with U.S. Consumer Law

This refund policy is governed by U.S. consumer protection laws. We adhere to the legal standards set forth under the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and relevant state regulations regarding consumer rights and online purchases.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of ONE TWO SIX SALON, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to win.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

Entries will be accepted from March 18, 2025 through 11:59 PM on April 17, 2025. Late entries will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Paid Entry Option:

  • Tickets are $5 each.

To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten 3"x5" card with the following details:

Each entry must be sent in a separate envelope and must be received by April 17, 2025 to be eligible.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a Luxury Hair Extension & Color Makeover valued at $1,500, which includes:

  • Full hair color service transformation

  • 16" Bellami Flex Weft hair extensions

  • Professional application, blending, and styling

✨ Note:
If the winner requests a longer length than 16”, they will be responsible for paying the price difference between the included 16” extensions and their selected length.

The prize is:

  • Non-transferable

  • Not redeemable for cash

  • Prize must be used in full, any part unused will be forfeited

  • Must be used within 60 days of the drawing

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random on Saturday, April 18, 2025.

  • Winner will be contacted via phone and/or email.

  • If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be chosen.

7. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

8. PUBLICITY

By entering, participants agree to allow ONE TWO SIX SALON to use their name, likeness, and/or photo for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

ONE TWO SIX SALON reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical issues, or any other factors compromise the integrity or fairness of the promotion.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ONE TWO SIX SALON is not responsible for:

  • Late, lost, misdirected, or damaged entries

  • Technical or network issues

  • Any personal injury or damage resulting from participation or use of the prize

11. GOVERNING LAW

This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
