Deposit Policy:

One Two Six Salon requires a deposit of $75 upon booking to secure your appointment. Following the completion of your service, this deposit can be applied as a credit toward your total bill on the day. Alternatively, you may opt to pay the full amount at the end of your service and retain the deposit for securing your next appointment.

Cancellation/rescheduling policy:

One Two Six Salon kindly requests a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Our scheduling is meticulously planned to ensure each appointment is conducted with utmost efficiency. Any cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit and will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled services. No-shows or cancellations on the same day as the appointment will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the scheduled services.

Should you cancel an appointment outside of this 48-hour window without rescheduling, the deposit will be retained on your account for future bookings, valid for up to 3 months.

Color Policy:

For new guests, we require an additional color consultation appointment before your service. Please ensure you book the appropriate “new guest” booking slot as this allows us to allocate the right amount of time and services for your visit. A $75 deposit is requested to secure your appointment, which will be applied towards your service cost.

Satisfaction Policy:

At One Two Six Salon, we strive for complete guest satisfaction. Should you find any aspect of your service unsatisfactory, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days. We are committed to promptly scheduling a follow-up appointment to address and adjust any concerns regarding your service.

One Two Six Salon Refund Policy

At One Two Six Salon, we are committed to providing quality services and products to our customers. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we strive to address them in a way that is fair to both our business and our customers. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and trust.

This policy applies to online purchases of products, gift cards, memberships, and packages from One Two Six Salon.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Products: If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will issue a full refund or offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are non-refundable. However, they do not expire and can be redeemed at any time for services or products.

  • Packages: Packages are non-refundable once services within the package have been used. If the package is unused, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  • Product Refund: Contact us at info@onetwosixsalon.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Include your order number and details of the issue. We will provide you with return instructions. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Membership/Package Refund: Email us at info@onetwosixsalon.com or call us at (615) 506 6848 with your order number and details of your request. Refunds will only be processed if the conditions outlined above are met.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless defective).

  • Services rendered (appointments and treatments).

  • Sale or promotional items.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of products unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Changes to This Policy

One Two Six Salon reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the customer's responsibility to review these changes before making any purchases.
